Semirara Mining, Corporation is a coal mining industry and is a wholly owned subsidiary of DMCI Holdings. which has interests in Mining, Construction, feat Property Development, Industrial Tree Plantation, Wood Processing and Agriculture.

 

We are Urgently in Need of:

 

SPORTS DIRECTOR

 

Qualifications:

• A graduate in BS Physical Education
• Not more than 45 years old.
• Willing to be relocated to the mine site
• Can work with people under him.
• With track record in Athletic activities

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

His main function is to oversee the facility management, human resources, funding and policy adherence of n sport program in compliance with certain rules and regulations.

• Responsible for overseeing the entire athletic department of the company.
• To oversee coaching staff and program of activities.
• Observe athletic coaches working with athletic teams to ensure that they are following certain requirement and restrictions.
• Acts as custodian and management of the safety usage of sports facilities.
• Must see to it that schedule of activities are strictly followed.
• Must be constantly working with coaching staff to ensure their continued satisfaction on their job.
• Acts as custodian also of the budget allocated in the Sports Department and see to it that funds are properly disbursed.
